Miami will finish off a four-game set with the New York Mets. The Mets have taken two of the first three in the series. The Marlins will send their ace to the mound in Sandy Alcantara. Alcantara has been almost unhittable this season and has posted a 1.82 ERA this season. He went 8 scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts in his last start. off another brilliant start, striking out 10 batters across eight scoreless innings. He has been going deep into games, averaging eight innings a start since the beginning of June. The Met will send Taijuan Walker to the mounds. In his last five starts, he has gone 4-0 with a 2,25 ERA and a .97 WHIP. He allowed three runs on four hits in six innings in his last start. Alcantara has posted a 9-3 record this season and should be able to hold the Mets' potent offense in check. The Marlin's offense is starting to come together and I look for them to pull out a close win.
