The Dallas Mavericks take on the Denver Nuggets in NBA action. Dallas will be on the second game of a back-to-back. The Mavericks played the Phoenix Suns Monday. The Nuggets were shorthanded when these teams met in November, paying without Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. They will be available in this one but will be without Michael Porter Jr.. Nikola Jokic should be able to dominate the Mavericks in the paint, especially if Wood cannot play for the Mavericks. The Nuggets have lost two in a row and are facing a Mavericks team that has not played well on the road this season. Dallas will have tired legs n this one and that is not good for a team that relies on the three-point shot as much as Dallas does. Doncic has logged a lot of minutes and I expect Dallas to rest some players tonight after last night's game against the Suns.
