Washington starter Josiah Gray has been much better on the road this season than at home, going 2-3 in six starts away with a 2.21 ERA. Over his last two road starts the right-hander allowed a total of just three earned runs over 14 innings and he has not allowed a home run in his last three starts. On the flip side, K.C. starter Brady Singer has been dreadful at home this season, with a 7.85 ERA and 1-3 record over six starts. The Royals are also just 7-19 at Kauffman Stadium this season.
