Tonight I am taking the Tampa Bay Bucs as road underdogs against the banged up Carolina Panthers. Tampa worked over the Falcons in Week 1 and have looked bad since. The Panthers are just a disaster and are not even close to the 2015 version. Without Cam I believe that Tampa can take it to the wire and this game is decided by a field goal either way.
