Tonight I am taking Cincinnati as small home favorites on the money line against East Carolina. Both teams have struggled but I give the advantage to the Bearcats here at home. They haven't started 0-3 in conference since 1999 and I don't think they are going to be 0-4. Take Cincy as they get it done!
