Tonight I am taking the Iowa Hawkeyes as 7 point road underdogs against Penn State. This line is too high. 2 lucky blocked kicks and now they are a powerhouse again? I don't think so. I know the PSU is riding high right now and they are a solid football team but so is Iowa and having to win by more than a touchdown is asking a lot here. Take Iowa!
