Tonight I am taking Wisconsin as small favorites against Penn State. Wisconsin is very tough defensively and Penn State is going to have their hands full. They were down to MSU at half before a weird second half in which they just got lucky on a bunch of deep balls. PSU beat one good team this year and that was a game that they blocked a field goal and a punt against OSU. I am not a believer in Penn State and even if they win they don't deserve to be in the College Football Playoff over Michigan who beat them by 39 or Ohio State who has 4 top ten wins. Wisconsin was right there with Michigan and Ohio State before losing both games that were extremely close and ultra competitive. Penn State got blown out by Michigan and was on the verge of getting blown out by OSU before the most unlikely quarter in College Football all season. Take Wisconsin as they show they are in the same class as OSU and Michigan and that PSU is a pretender.
