Today I am taking the Tampa Bay Bucs as small home favorites against the Carolina Panthers. Tampa Bay is underachieving this year and although they have lost some real tough games they still need to be able to finish some of them. Today I believe they will do just that and get a win over the Carolina Panthers. Jameis Winston is a franchise quarterback and with that explosive offense they have once they tighten up the defense a bit they will be a real contender. They are still a solid team in my opinion and Winston leads his team to a victory over the up and down Panthers. Take Tampa Bay!
