The Commanders have a lot to work through. The Browns less so. Cleveland already has a victory under its belt after the HOF Game victory. Cleveland has two QB's competing for the third spot, while rookie Sam Howell will have to be juggled in and out of the line-up for the Commanders during the preseason. Cleveland is great at stopping the run, and that's really all this Washington offense has going for it. Forget the spread, lay the price with Cleveland on the moneyline.
