Total: 197.50 | -110.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is an 8* play on the UNDER between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Orlando Magic.
The Bucks have won four of six in this series, most recently it was a 115-100 win on January 29th, which snapped a 17-game losing streak at Orlando. After winning four of five, Orlando followed it up by losing three of its next four, which prompted coach Scott Skiles to start Channing Frye for a defensive spark and the result was a convincing 100-91 win over the Knicks on Wednesday. Note though that the Magic would shoot just 39.5 percent in that one. Milwaukee has struggled defensively of late, allowing a whopping 114 points per game over its last five, but does catch a break here in facing the cold Orlando offense. Most recently Milwaukee is coming off an ugly 129-118 home loss to Sacramento on Wednesday. After allowing opponents to shoot better than 50 percent just once in their first ten games, the Bucks have held foes under that number just once the last five; suffice it to say, with thanksgiving off to recuperate, we look for the visitors to come out with a highly concerted effort on the defensive end of the floor tonight. Note that Milwaukee has seen the total go UNDER the number in 22 of its last 40 after scoring 105 points or more and in four of its last seven vs. teams with losing records, while Orlando has seen the total stay below the posted number in three of five as a favorite this season and in five of eight home games overall. Play on the UNDER.
