The Toronto Raptors are travelling to Denver riding a franchise-best 11 games winning streak. The Denver Nuggets have a propensity to play up to their competition though, and I think they have the potential to cause the Raptors a massive head-ache at Pepsi Center Monday night.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Covering Machines - The Nuggets are 3-5 outright in their last eight games but they've covered the spread in all but one of these contests. They're 4-1 ATS in their last five in front of the home-town crowd.

2. Previous Meetings - The Nuggets edged a 106-105 win at Toronto on Dec. 3 and they're 12-5 ATS in the last 17 meetings in the series.

3. X-Factor - The Raptors are off a seven-game home-stand and will now play six straight away from home. It might take them a game or two for them to get in the correct mindset of playing on the road.
