The Sabres saw a two-game winning streak come to an end when they suffered a 3-2 shootout loss to the Boston Bruins home in Buffalo Thursday. I think they'll come up short at TD Garden in the back-end of this home-and-home series tonight as well.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Situational - The Sabres have lost six of their last seven second game of a home-and-home situation while the Bruins have won 31 of their last 45.

2. Brad Marchand - The Bruins' forward has eight goals in his last eight games and tallied one as Boston came back from a two goal deficit against the Sabres two days ago. He's scored a total of 14 career goals against Buffalo, more than against any other opponent.

3. X-Factor - Boston has won six of the last eight meetings in the series.
