The Notre Dame Irish trail Miami by two games in the ACC standings, but they are a slight favorite at home against the Hurricanes tonight. I don't think bookmakers are giving the Irish enough credit, and my money is on Notre Dame as the home favorite.

1. Previous History - The home team has won seven of the last eight meetings in this series, and the only exception was a 90-77 Irish win at Miami in 2002.
2. Home Cookin' - The Miami Hurricanes are just 5-4 on the road, while the Irish are an impressive 13-1 at South Bend. Miami has failed to cover in five of it's last seven road games.
3. X-Factor - Notre Dame's last two home wins came against North Carolina and Louisville, proving beyond any doubt that they can beat the ACC's best.
