*ESPN AT 12 ET* ROGERS' COACH'S MANUAL! (21-10 L6 DAYS)
(NCAAB) Syracuse vs. Pittsburgh,
Point Spread: 2.00 | 102.00 Syracuse (Away)
Result: Win
The Pittsburgh Panthers will face the Syracuse Orange in the ACC Tournament on Wednesday, and Pittsburgh comes in as the favorite. Both these teams were 9-9 in conference play, Pittsburgh got off to a hot start, but one just six of their last 15 games. The opposite is true for the Orange, who have won nine of their last 14. My money is on the Orange plus the points.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - The Orange have played better basketball against the top teams in the conference, and they have covered the spread in six of their last eight versus teams with a winning record. They have a 3-1 record in neutral site games this season, and they shot almost 40 percent from beyond the arc in those games.

2. Three-Point Shooting - The Orange have been pretty solid shooting the three ball in all situations, hitting 36.2 percent on the road, 39.4 percent at neutral sites, and 35.7 percent overall. That's significantly better than Pittsburgh in all three situations.

3. X-Factor - Pittsburgh was 0-for-11 from beyond the arc in a loss to Georgia Tech in their last game.

Selection: This is a play on the Syracuse Orange (10*)
