The Cubs lost both of the first two games in this home and home series versus the White Sox, and they wrap things up at home Thursday. The White Sox have lost five of their last six road games, and I don't like their chances in the series finale at Wrigley.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - Chris Sale will be the scheduled starter for the visitors, and his name has been the subject of trade rumors. He was sent home last week after an incident in the clubhouse, adding fuel to all the trade talk. The Cubs counter with John Lackey, who boasts a respectable 2.84 ERA at Wrigley.

2. Batter vs. Pitcher - The White Sox have not been able to solve Lackey, striking out 40 times and managing just 36 hits while batting .232 over 155 at bats.

3. X-Factor - The Cubs are 55-26 in their last 81 home games, and 11-5 in their last 16 home games vs. a left-handed starter.
