I like the St Louis Cardinals runline in this game against the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday. The Cardinals have been really hot as of late, winning 9/10 of their previous 10 games and their offense has been super hot in those games. These two split a double-header yesterday, the Cubs winning one 2-0 and the Cardinals winning one 13-3, but the Cubs used up a lot of their bullpen in those games and haven't left themselves with much for this game. I think the Cardinals have the advantage with their pitching here since they saved one of their better starters for this game. Miles Mikolas (10-9, 3.32 ERA) is up for the Cardinals here and he has looked really good in his 2 most recent starts, giving up no more than 2 runs in either start. He also pitched 8 innings in both starts and I expect him to pitch another great game here and go deep into it with how well he has pitching lately. Luke Farrell (0-0, 0.00 ERA) is up for the Cubs here and he is making not only his 1st start of the year here, but this is also his 1st appearance in an MLB game this year. I don't think he is going to be able to just jump in here in his 1st start and shut down a very hot Cardinals lineup. I like the Cardinals runline in this game.
