T.M. Selection: Tampa Bay Rays.

I like the Tampa Bay Rays to win this game against the Boston Red Sox on Saturday. The Rays lost last night in a very close and high scoring 9-8 game but they have been hot lately while the Red Sox haven't been winning a lot of games, and I see the Rays bouncing back here with better pitching. Jeffrey Springs (6-3, 2.46 ERA) is up for the Rays here and he has looked really good all year, not giving up many runs in his starts. He has made 4 starts in a row now where he has given up 2 runs or less and he has looked great in all of his August starts. Rich Hill (5-5, 4.68 ERA) is up for the Red Sox here and he hasn't looked that great in his starts, giving up a lot of runs in a lot of his starts. He rarely has a start where he gives up no runs at all and with this Rays offense starting to get hot lately, I expect them to put up runs in this game. I like the Rays to win this game.
