Washington at Miami 4:10 ET
Marlins over Nationals- Washington is expected to run away with the NL East and maybe they will before the season is over but as of right now they are struggling to score runs and it won't get any easier this afternoon. Miami got off to a slow start winning just 3 of their first 14 but have won three straight and finally defeated the Nationals after dropping eight of the past nine meetings. Steven Strasburg (1-1, 4.50 ERA) has not returned to earlier form but was 3-2 with a 2.35 ERA against the Marlins last season despite Giancarlo Stanton going 10-for-28 with three homers. Hard throwing Tom Koehler (1-2, 6.75) was 1-2 with a 2.50 ERA against Washington last year and could have fared better. The Nats are 2-5 on the road and still haven't put things together. Take MIAMI!
