He held San Diego to one run and four hits over eight innings in an April win, then one run and six hits in eight innings in a July loss. For his career, Webb has gone 2-1 with a 3.14 ERA against the Padres in eight games (seven starts). Scheduled starter for the Padres, Blake Snell (5-7, 4.24 ERA) also has had issues of late and he's gone 2-1 with a 3.08 ERA in five career starts against the Giants.
