On Sunday we are backing the Oakland A's.

This will be the third time that Chris Bassitt and Kolby Allard have faced each other since June 24th, with Oakland winning each of those first two contests.

Rangers starter Allard is 0-2 against the Oakland A's this season with a 5.25 ERA in two starts, and overall Texas has lost eight of the last 10 games that Allard has appeared in.

Texas is just not a good team and Bassitt has been great against Texas this year, posting a 2-0 record with a 0.64 ERA in two starts, which were both his last two starts.

Oakland has also won eight of the last nine starts made by Bassist and they should get another win here on Sunday heading into the All-Star Break.
