Clemson has earned respect from the oddsmakers based on multiple seasons at the top of the college football world, but I do not like this particular spot for the Tigers. They have a new QB without playing experience and a running back, along with several offensive linemen, against what might be the best defense in college football. This is the type of game that I would feel much different about if it was being played near the end of the season, but the first weekend makes this a completely different handicap. Georgia returns its starting QB and RB, along with their tough defense which is going to give them an edge on Saturday as a small dog.
