Even though both of these teams have a losing record, Washington has looked like the more competent team up to this point so this line is a bit too low. Washington lost to one of the best teams in the league last week and it barely lost to a talented Chargers team in Week 1 so the Football Team is better than its record indicates. I think Atl is going to have trouble trying to move the ball on offense.
The Falcons got blown out by a terrible Philadelphia team in Week 1 and it was barely able to generate anything offensively against New York's below average defense so I cannot trust the Falcons in this spot. Give me the road team with Washington as their should be able to pass the ball vs a weak ATL secondary.
