I have a lot of questions with Clifford at quarterback for PENN ST.

Penn State's only road win was at Wisconsin, and that looks like junk now the way Wisky has been playing. The Nittany Lions haven't played away from home since that matchup back on Sept. 4th. I is better on defense, SPecial Team and theri TE's.  I also give the coaching edge to IOWA and I look for them to win by 7-13 pts.
