Both starting pitchers have been very effective in the early going of the 2022 season. Luzardo has a 3.08 ERA on the year but that number comes down to 2.25 when throwing away from home. Over three away starts, the lefty has only allowed four earned runs over 16.0 innings of work. The Diamondbacks are the worst team in the league against LHP with a .566 OPS while the Marlins are 20th at .642. I expect there to be a shortage of runs tonight in the valley as Bmgarner has been solid this season too.
