These teams have no reason to play their starting quarterbacks. Dallas has one of the worst backup quarterback situations in the league with Cooper Rush and Ben DiNucci. Will Grier just returned from a groin injury, but even if he plays, he's terrible. At least the Chargers have Chase Daniel, who would be a solid backup for Dallas. Mike McCarthy doesn't care about winning here.
