Virginia beat Duke 48-0 last season. They’ve beaten them seven straight times and covered in all seven. Duke is favored in this one but UVa has the same QB in Brennand Armstrong, who beat them badly last season. While both coaching staffs are new, it’s hard to believe that the Blue Devils, who beat Temple, Northwestern and FCS NC A&T, is the better squad.
