I’m sure the Raiders want to be in cold and rainy Seattle at 3-7. Sure, they somehow beat Denver on the road in OT last week, but this will be a tougher game because the Seahawks are coming off a bye and a loss that broke a four-game winning streak. Getting the ball to rookie RB Kenneth Walker against a shaky run defense is key. Go with the fresher team at home.
