Los Angeles is unbeaten in the month of August, reeling off nine straight wins to open the month and 10 overall. The Dodgers have piled up at least seven runs in seven of the 10 games in that win streak as their offense is clicking on all cylinders. Kansas City actually has played well of late, winning five of their last six games but those contests came against flawed squads in the Red Sox and White Sox. The Royals now have to deal with the most complete team in the majors and it's going to be a stiff challenge for them to compete. Daniel Lynch draws the unenviable assignment of taking the hill here and his numbers don't inspire confidence. Tony Gonsolin still has just one loss on the season and he's won his last two starts after taking that defeat. Give the advantage to the Dodgers as they pile up the runs to stay hot.
