Bears vs. Seahawks Under 40
(NFL) Chicago vs. Seattle,
Total: 40.00 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
Let's face it: neither of these teams are expected to be anything of substance this season. Chicago's starters on offense didn't do much to impress in their preseason opener against Kansas City. The Bears' offensive line was, well, offensive as they gave up five sacks, 10 QB hits and six tackles for loss. They also lost center Doug Kramer, who was placed on IR: he played 73% of the snaps last week. Chicago's starters will play only 6 to 10 snaps, so we'll see a lot of Trevor Siemian and Nathan Peterman. Geno Smith wasn't overly effective at moving the ball and putting points on the board in the preseason opener. We'll probably see a lot of Jacob Eason in this one, which could prove problematic as far as putting points on the board. Look for this game to wind up under the total, a stark contrast to the run of overs in week 1 of the preseason.
