If there's one thing that we know, it's that Tulane will put up points on a regular basis. The Green Wave hung 45 on the road last week against North Texas in a shootout and has put up at least 41 points in five of their six wins this season. Tulane now faces a Charlotte team that is 98th in expected points allowed per rush attempt and 107th in success rate allowed on the ground. The 49ers give opposing teams drives that could conceivably result in points at the second-highest rate in the FBS. Meanwhile, Tulane is one of the most efficient offenses in the nation. The Green Wave should slice and dice the Charlotte defense to pile up another 40-plus burger and roll to victory here.
