Florida sputtered out of the gate but they have found their stride of late. The Panthers enter this game with seven straight wins on the books as they have pushed to the top of the Atlantic Division standings. New Jersey has been tough in the early going this season but their goaltending, which was their Achilles heel last season, continues to be something that they have to tighten up. Jacob Markstrom has been outplayed a bit by Jake Allen so far this year and the Devils are logging their third game in four nights and their fourth game in six nights. Florida is rolling right now and that helps them run their win streak to eight games.
