Fordham hung tough against St. Bonaventure only to fall short on the road Saturday. The Rams now have their hands full with a Rhode Island team that bounced back with a win over UMass and have had a week to prepare for this contest. Rhode Island is a solid offensive unit and they have capable weapons that can do damage. Fordham is 7-4 at home this season but they have dropped three of their previous four home contests entering this contest. Rhode Island is 1-4 on the road but one loss was in double-overtime to Brown, in addition to losses by four at Loyola Chicago and six at La Salle. They are the better team and should break through with a road victory here.
