THE INSIDERS ROOM'S 10* VERY EARLY 'FALSE-FAVORITE!' (+1,800 ALL PREMIUMS!)
(NCAAF) Florida State vs. Louisville,
Point Spread: 5.00 | -109.00 Florida State (Away)
Result: Loss
This is a 10* FALSE FAVORITE on Florida State.

Both teams have struggled in the early going, but I like FSU's QB Jordan Travis to build off his team's first win of the year last week.

Travis completed eight passes for 191 yards and a touchdown, and he also ran for 107 yards and two scores in the 31-28 victory over No. 5 UNC this past Saturday. It was the Seminoles first win over a Top 10 opponent since 2014 and Mike Norvell will be eager to build on it. RB La'Damian Webb was also solid with 109 yards in the victory. FSU is now 2-3 overall and 1-3 in conference

Louisville is 1-4 overall and 0-4 in conference play. It came close to upsetting Notre Dame last time out, as it had a 7-6 third-quarter lead, before eventually falling 12-7. QB Malik Cunningham had 132 yards passing and a touchdown.

FSU has been better at creating turnovers, as the Cardinals are a -8 turnover margin. The Seminoles have four interceptions and they've recovered four fumbles, while Louisville has forced just three turnovers total on defense.

The Seminoles have worse seasonal defensive numbers, but the unit took a big step forward in the win over UNC, holding the Ta Heels to just 7 first half points.

Louisville looked good defensively last week, but the problem was that it offense looked poor.

The Cardinals "near miss" last week is still weighing heavily in the front of their minds and I believe they're ripe for the picking.

That said, let's grab the points!

Good luck, NP
