Are the Dodgers a better team than the Athletics?

They sure are.

Is Trevor Bauer a beter startin pitcher than Jesus Luzardo?

Yes he is.

Luzardo is 0-1 after allowing five earned runs off eight hits to a red hot Astros team. He did go on to strike out eight over those five innings though.

Bauer conceded four runs off three hits and struck out ten in a win over the Rockies in his opener.

But after starting the season 0-6, the talented and desperate A's are a great value play here in my opinion. This start of season losing streak is now unrealistic.

The Dodgers also return home for the first time this season on Friday night with a series vs. the Nationals.

Can anyone say "letdown/look-ahead" spot?

In a game which I believe will be decided late or in extra time, we're playing the A'S on the RUNLINE.
