Notre Dame finihed 9-4 last year, but just 7-6 ATS, while Navy was 4-8 overall, and 7-5 ATS. The Midshipmen lost several one-possession contests and could have easily had a much better record. Sam Hartman is a huge addition for the Irish, but this Navy defense should be able to disrupt him enough in his opening game. This spread is a bit too large for Notre Dame to cover across the pond in my opinion. The play is Navy.
