(NBA) Boston vs. Miami,
Point Spread: -3.00 | -110.00 Boston (Away)
Result: Loss
The Boston Celtics were able to build a lead in Game three and this time they were able to keep it and came away with a much-needed win. They now trail the Miami heat 2-1 in their best of seven series. They came out strong on both ends of the court and came away with a 117-106 win. Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 26 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. Jayson Tatum added a double-double with 25 points with 14 rebounds with eight assists. Kemba Walker had 21 points while Marcus Smart had 20 points and six assists. The held the Heat to just 22 points in the first quarter to set the tone for the game.

The Miami Heat dropped a chance to take a commanding 3-0 lead and now must try and gain the momentum back or they will find themselves in a whole new series tied at two games apiece. Bam Adebayo had another huge game for the Heat, going for 27 points, 16 rebounds, with three steals and two blocks. Tyler Herro had 22 points and four assists, Jimmy Butler put up 17 points. Jae Crowder and Goran Dragic both shot just two for 10 from the field.

The Celtics got Gordon Hayword back and they turned up the defense. Miami will need to get more from Crowder and Dragic if they hope to keep up with the Celtics. The Celtics have had big leads in all three games and they were finally able to hang on in Game 3. The addition of Hayword adds to the Celtics on both ends of the court. I like Boston to tie this series up at two games each.

Play on Boston.
