NCAA 2
(NCAAF) Florida vs. Ole Miss,
Point Spread: -13.00 | -122.00 Florida (Away)
Result: Win
Last season, the Florida Gators compiled an 11-2 record overall and they were 3-1 on the road. They return Kyle Trask at quarterback. Last season he threw for almost 3,000 yards with 25 touchdowns. Tight end Kyle Pitts, returns after catching 54 passes last season with five touchdowns. Dameon Pierce averaged 5.65 yards per carry as a backup to the departed Lamical Perine. Florida is loaded once again on the defensive side of the ball.

The Ole Miss Rebels had just four wins last season, all of them coming at home. Quarterback Matt Corral returns after throwing for 1,362 yards and six touchdowns as a freshman. John Rhys Plumlee had 1000 yards on the ground last season for the Rebels and will look to repeat that feat again. last season, they played a lot of underclassman on the defensive side of the ball, so look for an improvement on that side of the ball.

The Gators are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 road games and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The Rebels are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as an underdog, and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall.

It will be the first game of the season for both teams. With the strangeness of the season, it is hard to know what you will get from both teams. Florida has a more talented team and is considered to be a contender this season by some. Florida will look to make a statement early and I see them soring a ton of points on a bad but improving defense.

Play on Florida.
