The Miami Marlins are looking to make the NLDS for the first time since their World Series run in 2003. The Miami Marlins didn't do much early against the Cubs but exploded for five runs in the seventh inning. The Marlins will try to close out the series by sending Sixto Sanchez to the mound. He was 3-2 this season with a 3.46 ERA.

The Chicago Cubs will need to find a way to get their bats going if they want to fight another day. The Cubs managed just four hits and struck out seven times. Kyle Hendricks looked good for the first six innings and then the wheels fell off. Yu Darvish has been the best pitcher in the NL this year and will try to keep the Cubs alive. He is 8-3 this season with a 2.01 ERA.

I have seen this show from the Cubs before. an inability to hit during the playoffs. In their last eight playoffs, they have scored one run six times and all of those runs have come via the home run. Darvish was the best pitcher in the National League this season, and he's allowed just 12 hits and four runs in his last 13 innings. Sanchez has pitched well this season and the Cubs have not seen him yet in his young carer. He misses a lot of bats and the Cubs have been missing a lot of balls at the moment.
