The Navy Midshipmen are looking to build momentum with a road win over East Carolins. Navy has had success on the road, having won four of their last six road games. The offense is led by Dalen Morris with 203 yards, to go with one touchdown and zero interceptions. Mychal Cooper and Mark Walker have combined for 179 receiving yards and one touchdown. The main focus is the rushing attack which as a team has put up 166 yards a game. The rushing attack is led by Jamale Carothers with 229 yards and one touchdown. On the defensive side of the ball, the Midshipmen are allowing 37 points and 442.5 yards a game.

The East Carolina Pirates need a win at home against Navy to even their record. Home has not been kind to the Pirates and they are riding a five-game home losing streak. The offense is led by Holton Ahlers with 673 passing yards, to go with six touchdowns and four interceptions. Wideouts Tyler Snead and C.J. Johnson have combined for 306 receiving yards with four touchdowns between them. As a team, they are rushing for 168 yards a game with Rahjai Harris leading the team with 158 yards and two touchdowns. On the defensive side, they are giving up 41.3 points and 505 yards per game.

Navy will control the ball on the ground. They don't have a lot of big-play players on this year's team. It is a more methodical offense that will take a ton of time off the clock. Both defenses are bad but I don't see enough possessions by both teams to put this number in jeopardy.
