The Cleveland Cavaliers Started out the season with a win over the Charlotte Hornets. As a team, the Cavaliers are putting up 121 points a game and they are shooting 52.9 percent from the field and 46.7 percent from deep. On the defensive end, they are giving up 114 points and their opponents are shooting 50 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from deep. The offense is led by Collin Sexton with 27 points and two rebounds a game. Darius Garland adds 22 points and dishes out six assists.

The Detroit Pistons dropped their opener to the Minnesota Timberwolves. As a team, the Pistons are putting up 101 points and are shooting 48.4 percent from three and just 22.9 percent from deep. On the defensive end, they are giving up 111 points and their opponents are shooting 43.2 percent from the field and 26.8 percent from deep. The offense is led by Josh Jackson with 19 points and six rebounds a game. Derrick Rose adds 15 points and dishes out six assists.

The Cleveland Cavaliers looked good in their season opener despite being without four players, including Kevin Love. The Pistons had moments against Minnesota but couldn't put enough of them together in a consistent manner. Cleveland has looked better so far this season so will take the points with the Cavs.
