The Spurs will have to rely on their defense in this one. They used their defense in wins over the Celtics and Wizards in recent outings. Against the Wizard's fourth-ranked offense, they held Washington to just 101 points and held the Celtics to 106 points.

This game will be decided on how well LaMarcus Aldridge can guard Nikola Jokic. I think this is a bad match-up for Aldridge and the Spurs. Jokic is s dominant two-way player with the vision of a point guard with the ball in his hands. Aldridge is 35 years old and has looked every bit of his age lately. The Nuggets also have Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. to deal with. All three players are averaging 18-plus points a game. The Spurs are basically a one-man offensive with DeMar DeRozan doing most of the scoring.
