The offense is led by Jeremiah Robinson-Earl with 15.4 points and 8.2 rebounds a game. Collin Gillespie adds 14 points and dishes out 4.6 assists but is out for the season with an injury. Justin Moore chips in 13.4 points and 3.1 assists.

The Providence Friars are coming off an 81-67 loss to St. John’s. matchup. As a team, the Friars are putting up 70.8 points a game and they are shooting 43.4 percent from the field and 32.5% from deep. On the defensive end, they are giving up 70.5 points and their opponents are shooting 43.9% percent from the field and 30.2 percent from deep. The offense is led by David Duke with 17.1 points and he dishes out 4.9 assists a game and 6.4 rebounds. Nate Watson adds 16.7 points and he grabs 6.7 rebounds.

Everything points to Providence in this one. They won the first game between the two and Villanova is missing one of their best players and throw in Senior night and it all points to Providence. Jay Bright knows he has to go into the Big East tourney and the Big Dance with momentum on their side. I like Villanova despite everything against them.
