Marquette finished the season on an upswing having won four out of their last five games overall. Marquette has a definite edge on the defensive end of the floor and they have over their last five games they have given up just 67.4 points a game. Georgetown is a pretty pedestrian team and it is hard to pinpoint one part of the game that they excel in. One thing that stands out is in their last four losses they have lost by more than 10 points. Marquette should find it easy on the offensive end to get open shots against a poor Georgetown defense.
