THE PROFESSOR’S NHL CODE RED TOTAL DESTRUCTION
(NHL) Vegas vs. Colorado,
Total: 5.50 | -109.00 Under
Result: Loss
The Vegas Golden Knights and the Colorado Avalanche will kick off the second round of the NHL playoffs. The Vegas Golden Knights needed seven games to take down the Minnesota Wild and advance to the second round. Marc-Andre Fleury was between the pipes for all seven games and finished the series with a .931 save percentage and 1.71 goals-against average.
The Colorado Avalanche will be plenty rested after taking the St. Louis Blues in four straight games. Netminder Philipp Grubauer started all four games and posted a .936 save percentage and a 1.75 goals-against average.

Vegas has a long grueling seven games against the Wild. They will look to rely on the defense and Marc-Andre Fleury to keep this one close and steal it late. The Vegas netminder was good on the road, posting a 1.96 GAA on the road this year and he posted a 1.71 GAA against the Wild. The Av's Philipp Grubauer was just as good, posting a 1.60 GAA at home during the regular season this year and he posted a 1.86 GAA in seven games against Vegas this year. The Under is 6-1 in Vegas's last 7 games as an underdog and 6-2 in the last eight games between these teams. I am looking for game one to be a tough low scoring game that will be won late or in overtime.

Play on the UNDER.
