Virginia still has a top-notch defensive unit but their offense is not as good as in years past. They do create a lot of turnovers and North Carolina is turnover prone but I don't think it will be enough for Virginia to overcome the height of the Tarheels down low. The Tar Heels have a huge height advantage but they also shoot the three well which will open up the post for their bigs. The Cavs will struggle to rebound as they have all season and the Tarheels will be able to get a lot of second-shot opportunities on the offensive end and limit Virginia's poor shooting offense on the defensive end.
