Result: Loss
We have a rematch of the SEC Championship Game when Alabama takes on Georgia in the college football CFP National Championship Game. Georgia took care of Michigan by 23 points in Bama took care of Cincy in the other. In the SEC Championship Game, Alabama took care of the undefeated and top-ranked Bulldogs 31-24.
Against Michigan, Georgia raced out to a 27-3 lead at the half and never looked back. Stetson Bennett stepped into the spotlight with 310 yards with three TD’s on 21-of-31 passing. Alabama started out strong against the Bearcats opening a 17-3 lead at halftime and finished with a 27-6 win. Bryce Young threw for 181 yards with three touchdowns. Brian Robinson rumbled for 198 yards on 28 carries.

Alabama dominated the SEC Championship game handling Georgia's No.1 defense. I expect this game to be much closer. The last time these teams met, Alabama held the Bulldogs to 3-of-12 on third downs. Nick Saban is 25-1 vs. his former assistant coaches. In the past thirteen years, Bama has been an underdog just three times, twice to Georgia, and has won all three games.
The quarterback will be the key in this one. Bryce Young threw for over 400 yards against Georgia in their last game. Stetson Bennet against Bama over two seasons has thrown for 5 touchdowns with 5 interceptions and completed just 53% of his passes.

Bama has the superior coach and quarterback as well as the best defensive player on the field. Georgia should keep this one closer but with a quarterback that doesn't lose you games but can't win them on his own either, if Bama gets out early it will be difficult for the Bulldogs to keep up.

ROLL DAMN TIDE. Play on Alabama. This is a 10* play.
