Carolina is coming off an expected loss to Detroit and will look to right the ship against Washington tonight in the NHL. The Caps have lost three in a row and their last six home games. Carolina leads the East and will have goalie Frederik Andersen back between the pipes looking to control Washington's offense. He is 15-5 with a 2.03 GAA on the road. Washington has been struggling to put the puck in the net and it won't be any easier with Andersen in the net. Washington will have Vanecek in the net. He has posted a 5-7 record with a 2.46 GAA here at home and will be facing one of the best offenses in the league. I am taking the better goalie and the offense that is playing better.
