Both Virginia and ODU are pretty inept on the offensive side of the ball especially passing the ball down the field. Virginia's Armstrong was just plain awful last week. ODU has failed to score more than 21 in either of their two games this season and will be facing Virginia's defense that held Richmond to just three points. and 24 to Illinois. I look for Virginia to run the ball as Armstrong has been terrible through the air and ODU is susceptible to the run game. I just can't see either team scoring enough to threaten the UNDER.
