Texas has been an over team this season posting a 34-25-3 record. The Rangers are first in runs per game at 6.27 runs per game. Tampa Bay has also been an over team this season, going 36-27-3 to the over. The Rays are second in the majors at 5.76 runs per game. This game will see to really good starters on the mound. Martin Perez goes for the Rangers. He has posted a 3.97 ERA and 1.44 WHIP but has posted a 6-1 record. Shane McClanahan is 9-1 with a 2.02 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP for the season. Both teams also have more than capable bullpens that should do a good job of limiting damage in the late innings. These teams have gone under in five of their past seven meetings. Even though both offenses can score runs, I think they will be hard to come by with these starters on the mound.
