Astros starter France has held 12 of 17 opponents to two or fewer runs and has surrendered four or fewer in all but one game. To add to that, Houston has the sixth-best bullpen ERA. Given how important each game is for Seattle, Miller will be on a short leash. The Mariners' bullpen has the second-lowest ERA and a 1.27 WHIP. Both offenses have been good as of late but I am going with the UNDER in this one.
